10th Circuit upholds injunction on anti-immigration law

This week the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld (for the most part) an injunction on the anti-immigration bill, HB-1804, passed by Oklahoma legislature in 2007.
Previously, a Federal District Court had enjoined the State from enforcing the law until the constitutionality of the law was determined.
After the decision came out, other states are now concerned it may affect their own ant-immigration legislation, most notably Arizona and Utah.
